Madelyn's thought for today:
M: Mom, it was better when it was just you, me, Daddy, Belly, and Cayman.
E: Why?
M: Because there was no Merrick and Miley to fight with.

I love that she actually mentions the dogs as part of the family unit...as in, "wasn't it better when it was just me and the dogs?" She's a riot.
