camping in the desert!

The kids really wanted to go camping so after we went to the peak we went over to our campsite which was right next door. It was a nice little area where we had restrooms close and some privacy. Most of the people down there were in 5th wheels and camper vans, so they would go in and watch TV and such after a while of sitting outside. It was hot, but fun. I will say my biggest complaint was the plant life. I have posted pictures below of what we were sitting in. Even the most unassuming plants in Arizona are lethal when they touch you. The tiniest weed looking plants have horrible prickly leaves on them that break off and stick to any piece of clothing they touch. Poor baby Michael was like a thorn pin cushion.

Trying to jump rope like his brother.

These are what Michael fell in and had sticking to his bum.

Sewing cards kept them busy for a while.

 Time for bed!
